Children’s Mental Health Week – “This Is My Place” 💛
This week we’ve been celebrating Children’s Mental Health Week and exploring the theme “This Is My Place.” It’s all about helping children feel a strong sense of belonging by recognising the people, places and communities that support them.
At Berkley, we want every child to feel valued, supported and confident enough to say, “This is my place.”
Each class created a piece of artwork inspired by Reginald Laurent’s vibrant, abstract style. All the pieces were then brought together to the school hall to display.
The final artwork sends an important message: every child belongs here. Their ideas, creativity and identity all have a special place in our school community.
Berkley School is their place to be !
